Grey Plover - Adam Archer

RSPB - Black Tern at North End till 3.30pm at least(G Williams et al) Also 2 Little Egret, Common Sandpiper, 7 Ringed Plover, Wigeon(m), 2 Shoveler, 3 Teal (TP, G Williams) Short-Eared Owl reported again (per G Williams)
Alvecote - Grey Plover Mill Pool spit till dusk (J Morgan et al) Osprey over 2.30pm (per A Archer) Also Ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper (A Archer) The Osprey was presumably the bird from Whitemoor/Croxall which was last seen c2.00pm.

26th May - Sightings

RSPB - 3 Little Stint, up to 5 Sanderling, 2 Knot (till 4.35pm only), 2 Turnstone, 6 Ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper, 2 Yellow Wagtail, 6 Shoveler, 2 Teal, Little Egret all at North End (G Williams, S Cawthray, TP, J Harris et al) At last a decent day of wader passage!
