Bassett North - Yellow Legged Gull (2nd Sum) still (TP, JOates). Water level is rising rapidly here again.

5th June - Sightings

Bassett North - 2 Garganey (m,f), 21 Black Tailed Godwit, Greenshank this morning (per RBA) 25-28 Black-Tailed Godwits Early Afternoon (J Harris) The godwits flew north at 6.20pm (Preusumably to Alvecote). No sign of Garganey or Greenshank this evening, but 2nd Sum Yellow-Legged Gull, Green Sandpiper, 6 Teal, 2 Shoveler (J Allen)
Shustoke - Reed Warbler. The second site Record (L Johnson)
Alvecote - 16 Black-Tailed Godwit this morning increasing to 42 this evening (A Archer et al)

Bassett North - Osprey Late afternoon then flew East, Greenshank (per RBA) Med Gull (ad Green Ringed), 6 Teal, 2 Shoveler (P Forbes)

Bassett North - Wood Sandpiper, Greenshank, Green Sandpiper, Med Gull (ad unringed), YL Gull (2nd Sum), 2 Ringed Plover, 6 Teal, 2 Shoveler all present 8.00pm (J Allen, A Archer, TP et al) Ruddy Shelduck till 2pm but not later, also 2 Greenshank earlier (K Sargent et al)
Kingsbury - Shoveler Cliff Pool (K Sargent) 2 Hobby over Brick Kiln Lane (K Sargent)
